Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms govern the provision of services by FastKVM.eu (the "Provider") to Customers. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Service — a virtual private server (VPS) and related services.
• Customer — the entity using the Services.
• Panel — the Service management system.

3. Formation of the agreement

The agreement is formed when the Service is activated after payment of an order or after topping up the wallet in the hourly model.

4. Payments and billing

Services are billed monthly or hourly (metered) from the wallet balance. Insufficient funds may lead to suspension and, after 24 hours, deletion of an hourly Service.

5. Customer obligations

The Customer agrees to use the Services lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

6. Liability

The Provider strives to keep the Services running in line with the SLA. Backing up data is the Customer's responsibility.

7. Termination

The Customer may cancel a Service at any time in the Panel. The Provider may terminate the agreement in case of a breach of these Terms or the AUP.

8. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to support@fastkvm.eu. We handle them within 14 days.

9. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with appropriate notice.
